With over 11 years of experience as the CEO and principal consultant of Propel Ltd, a business development firm that specializes in global challenges and opportunities, Gale has developed a unique combination of skills and expertise in entrepreneurship, diplomacy, leadership, and social responsibility. She holds a PhD and an MPhil in International Relations from the University of the West Indies and the University of Cambridge, respectively.

As the Dean of Academic Affairs at the University of St. Martin, Gale leads the academic vision and strategy of the institution, fostering a vibrant learning environment that cultivates excellence, critical thinking, and intellectual growth. She also oversees the academic quality, curriculum development, faculty development, and accreditation processes of the institution. Additionally, Gale serves on the External Board IGDC at the University of York, where she provides strategic guidance and support to the interdisciplinary research center on global development challenges. She is passionate about advancing knowledge and innovation for positive social change and sustainable development.

She is also an ex Deputy PM of the Island nation of Saint Lucia, under the banner of the United Workers Party.
