Malur is the CEO of ZotSource - a responsible AI company that specializes in helping companies build AI systems efficiently and responsibly. He previously led Sustainability and Emerging Technology for Tata Consultancy Services.

Malur has a proven track record of driving innovation, significantly contributing to the growth of TCS's technology business vertical. Malur is a pioneer in AI and Machine learning and his early research in adaptive learning algorithms marked significant milestones in AI development. He brings an effective combination of corporate & entrepreneurial experience - having held a broad range of senior management roles at Nortel and Tata, while also being actively involved in the startup ecosystem, serving as a Technology leader and board member for AI-driven startups.  

Malur is a sought-after speaker, having addressed audiences at MIT, the United Nations, and various executive MBA programs at Ivy League schools. He is also passionate about mental health advocacy, co-founding BrillianMinds.in, a charitable foundation focused on mental health care and awareness.
