Meet Mrs. Parveen Boertje, MA, MBA, the Chief Transition Officer of Social & Health Insurances SZV Sint Maarten. She is responsible for executing the strategic plan and leading SZV’s transformation into a new way of working. As a key member of SZV’s Executive Team, Parveen brings extensive experience from her high-level advisory roles in The Hague, Netherlands. Before this role, she served as the Chief Customer Officer at SZV, where she spearheaded the development of SZV’s Employers Portal and introduced the MySZV client portal. Her focus on digital inclusion and health literacy reflects her mission to ensure SZV’s clients can actively participate in today’s digital landscape. Parveen holds a Master’s degree in Communication Science from the University of Amsterdam with a minor in Business Economics, along with postgraduate education from the Business School Nederland, and is an Executive Education alumna of Harvard Business School. Beyond her professional role, Parveen co-hosts the monthly podcast "Me & SZV," where she engages with experts from various fields.
