A native of Soufriere, Mrs. Tanzania Mathurin-Fedee is the Co-Founder of T&D Marketing and Sales Management, Co-Founder of Safi Estate Agri-Tourism Park,, and the emerging Safi Estate Agri-Tourism Park. Fueled by a passion for making a positive impact, she bridges marketing gaps for businesses while empowering marginalized youth through her marketing agency and the agritourism initiatives at Safi Estate.

Tanzania’s journey to becoming a successful entrepreneur is marked by her dedication to creating lasting change, sharing knowledge, and equipping others with the skills needed for self-sufficiency. Her commitment has earned her several accolades, including recognition from Sir Arthur Lewis Community College. From 2021 to 2023, she served as a part-time lecturer and facilitator for digital marketing and business coaching courses. She has also been awarded grants from the St. Lucia Youth Business Trust (SLYBT) and the Youth Economy Agency.

Currently, Tanzania manages her companies while working as a marketing coordinator by profession. Her vision extends beyond personal business success; she is committed to mentoring and uplifting future generations, playing a significant role in the development of students, youth, and community members. With her relentless drive, Tanzania continues to make strides toward becoming a leading figure in her industry and remains dedicated to making a lasting impact.
