Sheralin Monrose-Gustave, M.A, Information Systems Professional
Mrs. Sheralin Monrose-Gustave is a seasoned Information Systems Professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in the field. She holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, complemented by a Project Management Certification, and certification in other technical areas.
Mrs. Monrose-Gustave substantive role is that of Chief ICT Officer attached to the Division of Public Sector Modernization (DPSM) within the Department of the Public Service, a position she has held for over 5 years now. However, she is currently serving as the Project Coordinator, for one of the key digital transformation projects within the Department, that of the Caribbean Digital Transformation Project. Mrs. Monrose
Gustave's previous experience includes roles as Senior Systems Analyst and Information Systems Manager in the Ministry of Health and Wellness, as well as an Information Technology Manager in the private tourism sector.
With a strong commitment to education, Mrs. Monrose-Gustave has dedicated over 18 years to ICT in Education, primarily at the higher education and adult learning levels. She is trained in several aspects of Online Facilitation and currently serves as a Course Instructor, Graduate Facilitator, and Second Examiner for various courses at the University of the West Indies Global Campus and the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean, focusing on Information Systems, Strategic Management, and ICT for Educational Leaders.
Her expertise encompasses Software Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Project Management, and Adult Education, making her a valuable asset to her organization and the broader community. Mrs. Monrose-Gustave is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance public sector efficiency and improve service delivery to citizens.
